Design partner program
Three design partner places.
A 90-day pilot of AI coaching for the people in your organization's first trust window: new hires, guided from their first week to their 90-day mark, with a companion for their managers. Pilots launch April 15 to May 15, 2027.

What to know as a design partner
Your pilot runs on our New Job curriculum, the trust window every new hire meets. Coaching for other trust windows is being added through 2027; design partners help choose which comes next and get first access to it. Before launch, the platform completes an independent security review and penetration test, and begins a SOC 2 Type I audit. We share our security overview under NDA.
A strong fit: U.S.-based organizations of 1,000 to 10,000 employees able to enroll 50 or more new hires in the pilot, with a People & Talent leader who will sponsor it and a Talent Development or HR Business Partner to run it.
This page describes the program and is not a contract. Final scope, fees and terms are set in the pilot agreement.
